HR Coordinator

This temporary HR Coordinator role offers a hands-on opportunity to support hiring, onboarding, payroll, and daily HR operations while playing a key role in the employee experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities, including interviews, schedules, tours, and new hire logistics
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees, providing friendly and responsive HR support
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation (including I-9s)
  • Track attendance and timekeeping to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Support benefits administration, payroll audits, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Manage building access, badges, and security systems
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, communications, and culture initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of related HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Workday and Kronos a plus

Position Details

  • Pay: $25-$29 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Location: Hybrid (on-site 3 days/week in Cokato, MN)
  • Type: Temporary (6 months to 1 year)
